How does pack billing work?
You buy a request pack — Trial, Pro, or Business — paying once in CC. The pack credits requests to your account; each API call burns one. Usage settlements happen on-chain in batches without you signing each time.
Do packs expire?
No. Requests stay on your account until you use them. Buy a bigger pack and the per-request rate goes down — Business is 60% cheaper per request than Pro.
What happens when I run out of requests?
API calls return 402 Payment Required with a top-up link. Buy another pack to continue — your account state and watchlists are preserved.
Can I get a refund for unused requests?
Refunds are case-by-case via support. The Trial tier is meant for evaluation — if Pro is too big, talk to us before topping up.
Do you support mainnet?
Devnet is live today on every plan. Mainnet endpoints will roll out once the indexer for mainnet is opened to the public — Pro and Enterprise customers get early access when it ships.
What about rate limits?
Limits are per API key, sliding-window. Burst up to 2× momentarily. Going over returns 429 with a Retry-After header.
